Gone are the days of cookie-cutter meal plans, one size fits all, or general eat healthy attitudes.

We take a systemic holistic approach to your health and nutrition. Identifying dietary pitfalls and addressing changes without impacting your way of life. By working around existing dietary and fitness conditions to slowly improve habits and general wellbeing with weight loss, muscle gain, exercise, and/ or optimization of existing diets to reach your highest goals.

When looking at bodybuilding or other competitive physique programs the diets are strict, short, and not always the healthiest. I believe performance-based nutrition needs to be holistic, longevic, and flexible, providing options for busy lifestyles.

While serving in the US Navy as a Second-Class Petty Officer, Roman trained some of the most decorated individuals in the US Navy, conducting over 260 hours of group training events with upwards of 125 participants in a single session. Developed, implemented and managed personal fitness programs for personnel below Navy fitness standards, conducting 1440 hours to better their health and well-being. Accomplished a 100% pass rate for the Navy Physical Test for all personnel under his training methods. Within 4 months of starting his programs, 100% of Naval personnel were within Navy standards, and exceeding those already in Navy standards.

After the military Roman continued his passion for health and fitness by working as a Licensed Emergency Medical Technician in LA. Graduating with Honors with a Bachelors in Sports and Health Science and Concentration in Exercise Science. Roman is currently attending an accelerated second Bachelors of Nursing program at Belmont University in Nashville, TN. Striving to learn as much as possible in the medical field to combine with nutrition to create the most effective diet regimes. A two-time state record holder for the squat and raw total lift in US Powerlifting Association, with plans on competing again in Tennessee to obtain state records there. Also competing in multiple international bodybuilding competitions while stationed in Japan.
